Where are your clinic locations?Veritas Wellness has two clinic locations for in person appointments: At New West Wellness Center located at 815 1st St #140 in New Westminster. At Restore Sports Medicine Clinic located at 4350 Hastings St #108 in Burnaby.

Can I do a combination of in person and virtual appointments?Yes! You can choose between in person appointments and virtual for any of your sessions. Many clients choose to do their intake in person and then find it more convenient to do the follow up sessions online.

Do you offer virtual appointments?Yes, Veritas Wellness offers virtual appointments, allowing you to enjoy services from the comfort of your own home.

Do I need a referral to see the nutritionist?No, a doctor's referral is not required to see a nutritionist at Veritas Wellness.

Are nutritionist services covered by extended health benefits?Extended health benefits may cover the services of a nutritionist but coverage depends on your plan and provider. You can check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage. Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Canada Life & Manulife are providers we have found that most often cover nutritionist services in British Columbia.

What If I Can't Make A Session?All sessions will be recorded, so if you can't make our sessions, the videos will be uploaded for you to watch later in the week. If you would like to participate in the weekly presentation homework, you can submit that in advance of the session.

Is There a Payment Plan Available?Yes! The first payment would be $240, and the rest would be due by July 19th. No refunds will be provided on the deposit. If you would like a payment plan, please email me directly - info@veritaswellness.ca

Can I Join if I'm Not in Vancouver?Yes! If you would like to join online only, I will have 6 spots available those who are not in the lower mainland.
