How Sessions Work

Step 1  |  Initial Consultation  |  55 min 

We will address your current health status by going over your medical history, diet, symptoms and lifestyle. Together we will get clear on your health and wellness goals and the obstacles that may be keeping you from achieving these goals. After our appointment,  I will create a custom protocol that includes nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, along with herbal and supplement protocols, recipes and other suggestions. This custom plan will be tailored to your goals and needs.

Step 2  |  Wellness Program Walk Through  |  55 min 

You will be presented with your personal health and wellness program which includes a custom and easy to follow recipes. We will also address where the root causes of your health concerns may be coming from. The goal of this session is to equip you with tools required to nourish your body, inside and out. 


Step 3  |  Follow Ups  |  30 min or 55 min

Our follow up appointments are meant to build on your knowledge of nutrition and wellness. During these sessions we touch on stress management techniques, food prep, nutrition and health education. Follow up appointments are designed to provide you with the support you need on your wellness journey and are an excellent time to clarify any questions you may have about your custom Wellness Program.
