Become the speaker you were meant to be!

If you are a health practitioner who is passionate about your craft but you just don't know how to share your message with the world, I want to help you!

The fact is, speaking in front of a crowd or on social media doesn't have to cause you crippling anxiety.

With the right approach, a bit of practice and a touch of self confidence you can become the authentic speaker you were meant to be...

Finding Your Authentic Voice

Public Speaking and Professional Development for Health Practitioners

Looking to feel more comfortable in front of a room full of people, in front of a camera, or even in a room with your clients / patients? Join Sidney Shindle, Certified Nutritionist for an interactive professional development program this summer.

In this coaching program you will:

  • Get a chance to practice standing up in front of a group to speak

  • Get clear on your offerings - what problems do you solve?

  • Create variations of your biography and offerings that can be used on camera, on social media, in emails and in in-person networking situations

  • Get a workbook to help you dive deeper into your messaging, your fears and your goals

  • Get comfortable pitching your services and sharing what you're passionate about, both in person and online

  • Meet like-minded health practitioners who also want to grow and develop

Hi, I'm Sidney!

I am a Certified Nutritionist with an interest in nutrition education. I work in a clinical setting with clients, lecture at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and plan workplace wellness initiatives across Canada.

I have 15+ years of public speaking experience, from pageantry and acting to public speaking for corporations small and large. I have been teaching public speaking and professional skills development to future nutritionists for 5 years.

My goal is to create a fun and interactive hybrid program that will help health and wellness practitioners find their authentic voice, while also fostering a community where like-minded practitioners can connect and learn from one another.

Public speaking is more than standing up straight and delivering a speech.

Pitching your services is more than telling people who you are and what you do for work.

Let's take the time to help you get clear on your messaging, your offers and most of all, why you love to do what you do!

From there, we can get you feeling comfortable in front of a room, on Zoom, or in front of a camera.

And best of all? You will be joined by other health and wellness professionals who are looking for the same thing.
